At the moment I use K-Swiss tennis shoes which do not provide me with enough grip, can anyone suggest another shoe? I wear them for martial arts training. Thanks.

I like Diesels. Mine have a nice knobbly sole, a wide toe reinforced with rubber, and they are very comfortable. Stylish, too, for both women and men.
